Performance Fitness - Long Island's Premiere Training Center


At Performance Fitness, our goal is to maximize the athlete’s strength, power and functionality for their sport in order to help the athlete to maximize their performance in their sport. The program and training will focus on developing the athlete’s overall strength, power and explosion and the athlete’s core and functional power. The athlete will become a better athlete through greater strength, power, and explosiveness while having better core strength and sport functionality.
